SweetCakes by Melissa: Delicious Courage

Over the last few years I have gone from reading about the shocking story of an Oregon bakery being fined $140,000 for merely declining to participate in a same-sex "wedding" to becoming friends with the owners of Sweet Cakes by Melissa, Melissa and Aaron Kline.

For an update on their court case (which they are still vigorously fighting on behalf of all lovers of liberty) check out this good article from TheBlaze:

http://www.theblaze.com/stories/2015/12/31/lawyer-for-christian-bakers-who-were-forced-to-pay-nearly-137000-to-lesbian-couple-reveals-most-shocking-element-of-the-case/

The Kleins have lost a lot because of their faith and their love of liberty:  their business, financial security and their reputation.  The Axis of Evil, Leftist activists working in lockstep with media and local government officials, pounced upon this unsuspecting couple.  However, they have not given in...as so many others have done.  Their faith has driven them to fight back in the hope that those who come after them will not have to suffer as they have suffered.

I was pleased to learn that in addition to courageously continuing their legal battle on behalf of the 1st Amendment, they have re-opened Sweet Cakes online!

The website is:  www.sweetcakesweb.com.

I just ordered some delicious looking Cakes in a Jar as a surprise treat for my family.  I recommend you do the same.

Liberty never tasted so good.
